From a rural village of Syangja, amidst the challenges posed by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there was a pregnant mother in Gandaki Hospital, Pokhara. Following childbirth, she encountered severe health complications, leaving her unable to tend to her infant. Tragically, the newborn also suffered from jaundice, adding to the family's mounting concerns. Struggling in the face of adversity and lacking financial resources, the family found themselves in dire circumstances.
Enduring it for three months, the family persevered without adequate financial means to cover the medical expenses. Amidst their plight, Sanjeevani Sisters Association extended a compassionate hand, offering financial aid to help their burdens. This act of kindness provided much-needed relief, especially during the global health crisis.
Furthermore, the efforts of the Sanjeevani Sisters Association extended support to a total of eight victims in similar circumstances.
